Miami Worldcenter Welcomes New Eateries: Food Lovers Rejoice!

Get ready to pack your bags and move to Miami because the food scene is about to explode! Miami Worldcenter, the city’s largest real estate development, is welcoming four new restaurants, including a beloved Italian spot straight from the Big Apple. This 27-acre, $6 billion wonderland, right across from the Kaseya Center, will soon house 300,000 square feet of retail space, high-rises with 5,000 apartments and condos, 600 hotel rooms, and the most exciting part – an array of new eateries opening in 2024!

First up, we have Serafina, a modern Italian cuisine master that first dazzled taste buds on the Upper East Side in 1995. With 46 locations in the eastern United States and eight different countries, this 8,176 square foot gem will feature outdoor patio seating along the Seventh Street pedestrian promenade.

Next, we have Sixty Vines, a Texas import that serves ‘new American’ fare and gained fame for its sustainability focus, vineyard-inspired cuisine, and wines on tap. This 8,672-square-foot space will also offer outdoor patio seating overlooking the World Square public plaza.

And for those who love a good combo, we have BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings sharing a 3,835-square-foot space with full-service seating, to-go options, and a full bar. With over 60 Anthony’s locations and 122 BurgerFi restaurants, this dynamic duo is a crowd-pleaser. Plus, BurgerFi took home the judges’ award at the 2023 Burger Bash, part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

These new kids on the block will join three existing concepts from Chef Michael Beltran’s Ariete Hospitality Group: French restaurant Brasserie Laurel, casual spot Chug’s Express, and El Vecino Cigar & Cocktail Bar (Beltran is the chef behind the Michelin-starred Ariete in Coconut Grove). Also, keep an eye out for Earl’s Kitchen & Bar and Chicago’s Maple & Ash opening later this year.

Nitin Motwani, managing partner of Miami Worldcenter Associates, said, “From upscale Italian and sustainably sourced dishes for wine lovers, to familiar fast-casual favorites, our newest food and beverage concepts will perfectly complement our existing restaurant offerings and appeal to foodies from all over.”

And it doesn’t stop there! Miami Worldcenter is also home to the hotel citizenM and national retail brands Sephora and lululemon. Plus, earlier this year, it announced new retail spots joining the development, including Sports & Social and Bowlero, and a permanent home for the immersive exhibit, the Museum of Ice Cream.

So, whether you’re craving a quick bite before a Miami Heat game, a concert, or a fine dining experience, Miami Worldcenter has got you covered. Get ready to indulge in a world of flavors, all in one place. See you in Miami!
